About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic, organised and enthusiastic Product Coordinator to join our team in order to enhance the B2B platform and sample management across our extensive and exciting portfolio of brands while providing exceptional support to the Marketing Team. Responsibilities:
Sample management across all distribution brands, this includes:
- Supporting the Senior B2B Platform & Product Executive in collating, organising and distributing seasonal sample sets to the lifestyle and active sales teams.
- Process sample requests for all retailer, marketing and PR purposes; keeping the sample tracker and calendar up to date.
- Organise samples for external events, trade shows, retail, sample sales and online sales.
- Visual merchandising of all samples across our showrooms in South Wales, London and Manchester.
- Stock management of the sample rooms, showrooms and outlets in South Wales, London and Manchester.
- Sample stock management within the company’s ERP system; creating sample SKUs and ensuring that the sample stock position is correct.
- Collaborate with supply chain and brand partners on sample orders and intake.
- Manage Vinted and Ebay sales channels, including uploading samples and stock items, as well as processing and fulfilling customer orders.
Merchandising and administrative support of the B2B platform, this includes:
- Merchandising of brand pages within Brandscope, monitoring stock levels and promoting best sellers and key marketing styles.
- Product imagery; download brand assets and edit imagery for Brandscope
- Upload product images of new products to Brandscope in line with seasonal releases.
- Implement promotional and marketing mailers from Brandscope using Klaviyo.
- Collaborate with Sales, Sales Support, Marketing and Brandscope customer service teams to streamline and maximise B2B processes to promote and generate sales.
Support the Marketing team with administrative duties, this includes:
- Organisation of brand assets including images and catalogues onto Dropbox.
- Process seeding and gifting orders for Marketing and PR purposes.
- Process POS/POP orders for Marketing.
- General ad hoc administrative support across the Marketing department.
About You:
The successful candidate will be highly organised, hardworking and very efficient. With excellent administration skills and merchandising experience, they will be required to work cohesively with many departments, as well as comfortably on their own initiative in a deadline driven environment. Communication, pro-activeness, and excellent time management will be key in this role along with a creative flare and exceptional eye for detail.
- Excellent organisation skills, experience of managing multiple workloads.
- A self-starter with plenty of initiative.
- Very good administrative skills with order processing experience.
- Strong IT skills, competent with Microsoft Office suite and Adobe design software, competent at using Excel.
- A strong eye for detail with a creative flair. Visual merchandising and/or eCommerce merchandising experience is desirable.
- A team player with excellent communication skills. Experience of communicating with different stakeholders is desirable.
- An interest in fashion & retail is desirable.
