About the Role:
This senior commercial leadership role will drive growth and performance across Unify Brand Partnerships. Leading a team of 8 Key and Regional Account Managers and a team of 6 across the Marketing team. You will manage the sales and marketing strategy, delivery of revenue, profit, and brand partnership objectives.
You will play a key role in shaping long-term retail partnerships, unlocking new commercial opportunities, and ensuring best-in-class execution across all accounts.
Working cross-functionally, this role is accountable for delivering sustainable growth aligned to annual business plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and deliver commercial performance across all Unify Brand Partnerships portfolio of brands
- Full accountability for revenue, profit, and KPI delivery across all sales functions
- Drive strategy across both sales and marketing functions
- Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing team
- Manage and coach a team of 8 Key and Regional Account Managers
- Manage the UK marketing function, including Marketing Manager and a team of 5
- Define and execute sales and marketing strategy in collaboration with the Senior Leadership Team
- Develop and implement short- and long-term commercial strategies that maximise revenue, profitability, and brand impact across all partnerships
- Build and grow strategic client relationships
- Establish senior-level relationships with key partners, positioning Unify as a trusted commercial partner
- Deliver best-in-class joint business planning
- Drive integrated commercial and marketing plans
- Ensure the marketing team delivers impactful, insight-led activation plans that enhance brand visibility and drive consumer engagement
- Utilise data across sales performance, market trends, and customer behaviour to inform decision-making, optimise performance, and identify growth opportunities
- Oversee sales operations and forecasting
- Ensure Marketing budgets and managed
- Ensure effective management of forecasting, order books, and overall sales operations in collaboration with planning and finance functions
- Influence cross-functional alignment
About You:
- 5 years’ plus commercial experience of managing sales and marketing teams
- Proven track record of delivering significant revenue and profit growth in a senior leadership role
- Experience leading and developing high-performing sales and marketing teams
- Strong understanding of partnerships, retail, or brand-led commercial environments
- Demonstrated success in building and managing strategic client relationships at senior level
- Genuine passion for Unify brands, retail, and the wider market, with a strong interest in industry trends and developments
- Inspiring leaders who can motivate and energise teams, setting a clear vision and leading by example
- Flexible and willing to travel, with an appreciation for the role travel plays in building relationships and driving performance
- Ability to operate both strategically and operationally in a fast-paced environment
- Experience navigating complex internal and external stakeholder environments
- Proficiency in CRM systems, reporting tools, and sales technologies
- Full UK driving licence
