The Role:
We’re seeking highly motivated and experienced Regional Account Managers to take ownership of, and drive growth for our existing account base, whilst also developing new accounts across a specific portfolio of brands.
This role will focus on managing relationships with key independent and regional accounts while identifying and developing new retail opportunities. You will play a crucial role in ensuring sales targets are consistently met, and your efforts will contribute to the continued success of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management & Growth: Oversee a portfolio of leading independent and regional key accounts, nurturing relationships and ensuring excellent service while identifying new retail prospects.
- Sales Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, demonstrating a keen ability to drive growth and business performance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure accounts are managed effectively and aligned with company goals.
- Financial Management: Ensure timely and accurate management of accounts receivable, adhering to company payment expectations.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner with key internal departments – including Sales Support, Marketing, and Finance – to ensure smooth operations and a cohesive team dynamic.
- Event Representation: Attend and represent the brand at regional, national, and international trade shows and events, showcasing our products and building strong industry relationships.

Key Requirements:
- Industry Experience: Proven track record of success within the Footwear, Lifestyle, and Outdoor/Active sectors.
- Organised & Motivated: Highly organised with a self-driven work ethic and exceptional planning and administrative abilities.
- Team-Oriented: A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys working cross-functionally to achieve business goals.
- Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of market trends and industry developments, with the ability to anticipate and act on opportunities.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, with the ability to present confidently and build relationships at all levels.
- Passionate: A genuine passion for fashion, footwear, and the outdoors, with a competitive spirit and a drive for success.
The Package:
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary depending on experience between £35k – £42k basic, an attractive annual bonus, a company car, staff discount across a number of brands, and the opportunity to travel to international sales meetings across the brand portfolio.
