Finance Assistant
- Reporting to Financial Controller
- Office based role in Cwmbran (South Wales)
- £27,000-£30,000 DOE

About the Role:
We’re looking for an organised and proactive individual to join and support our Finance team. We’re looking for someone with strong attention to detail, a “can-do” attitude, and the willingness to learn and grow within the role, with a genuine interest in building a long-term career in finance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter supplier invoices and expenses into Sage 50.
- Process customer self-bill and portal submissions.
- Process supplier stock invoices and maintain accurate filing of records.
- Assist with monthly account reconciliation processes.
- Other various finance duties as requested by the Management.
- Assist with Monthly ERP System reconciliation processes.
About You:
- 1 Year Experience working in a Finance Role is essential.
- Organised and detail-oriented.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
- Confident using Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive, proactive, and eager to learn new skills.
