Regional Account Manager – Outdoor & Lifestyle

The Role:
We’re seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Account Manager to take ownership of and drive growth for our existing account base, while also developing new business across a specific portfolio of outdoor and lifestyle brands.
This role will focus on managing relationships with independent and key regional accounts across North England and Scotland, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring sales targets are consistently met. Your work will directly contribute to the continued success of our brand portfolio in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
● Oversee a portfolio of leading independent and regional key accounts, nurturing strong relationships while seeking new retail opportunities.
● Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
● Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align account strategies with overall company goals.
● Ensure timely and accurate management of accounts receivable, adhering to payment terms and expectations.
● Partner with Sales Support, Marketing, and Finance teams to ensure seamless internal processes and communication.
● Represent the brand at key regional, national, and international trade events, building awareness and long-term partnerships.
The Candidate:
We’re looking for someone who combines industry knowledge with a real passion for outdoor and lifestyle categories. You’ll be confident working autonomously in the field, comfortable building relationships, and excited by the opportunity to contribute to a growing brand portfolio.
Key Requirements:
● Proven success in the Outdoor/Ski and Lifestyle sector across both Apparel and Footwear.
● Strong planning, administrative, and self-management skills.
● Well-versed in trends and dynamics within the outdoor and lifestyle sectors.
● Confident in both verbal and written communication, with the ability to influence and present professionally.
● A true team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and builds strong relationship with colleagues and clients alike.
● A genuine enthusiasm and passion for outdoor and lifestyle products, and a strong motivation to succeed.
